Revitalash - does it work?

My lashes are in a terrible state since having my two little girls, with lots of gaps as they keep falling out.

I'm tempted to give Revitalash a try but am a bit at the price. Does it work?

I've used Lipocils in the past with good results but it doesn't seem to be working any more.

I heard once you stop they go back to their bad state. I would probably try it though. Anyone else tried ?

Yes! It's worked for me! I used the Revitabrow as my eyebrows were so sparse from over plucking years ago. I ordered it on QVC when they had an easy pay offer on to break up the cost, they also accept returns, even if you've used it, within 30 days so I thought I'd try it and send back if it was no good. It was brilliant! My eyebrows are now lovely! After I had my baby daughter earlier this year, my eyelashes were practically non existent and I was considering lash extensions etc but I bought the revitalash and have been using it for about 5/6 weeks now and my lashes are fantastic! In the last couple of days I've actually thought they are getting too long haha! I recommend it to everyone and I buy from eBay now so it's a lot cheaper. Definitely go for it!

I had nothing other than stinging eyes from the revitalash I ordered from Qvc.
I even posted on here asking if anyone had had the same experience.
I so wanted it to work and I have a friend who swears by it but for me it wasn't a success

Worked incredibly for my mum after her chemo - she went from very sparse to lustrous lashes like Daisy the cow!

It's not permanent, but for my mum it gave her a massive boost while hers were growing back

It's the conditioner not the primer. I've used it for about 7 Yrs and now only use it a couple of times a week. Yes It's pricey but it does work. As someone else said, get it from QVC, even if not on monthly payment I think the return period is extended to give it chance to deliver results. One of my must have products.

Castor oil overnight really does work well. I’ve used it for about 2 months and 😮

I use Rapidlash and that's great too. It's cheaper from Amazon than Boots. My eyelashes are so long now people often ask me where I get my false eyelashes done! Amazing stuff.

Revitalash is amazing stuff. It does make your lash line a bit red to start with but that wears off after a few days - any irritation does not last.

My lashes hit my glasses when I have them on so I am constantly cleaning them due to my super long thick lashes. Worth every penny and lasts ages.

This all sounds too good to be true! I have several gaps a few mm wide with no lashes at all where they have fallen out. Do you reckon it would help these gaps fill back in again?

It's also not clear where to apply it - I guess along the skin as near to the lash line as possible?

Another vote for castor oil here. I've been using it a few times a week for a year now after reading about it here on MN and it has had wonderful results.

I used to have beautiful lashes until an illness and conjuctivitis in my 20s seemed to kill them off and left them weak, short and gappy.

I can now add a touch of mascara to eyelashes that are becoming longer and fuller by the month rather than using eyeliner to create the illusion of better lashes.

Just looked on my 250ml bottle and it was £5.99 from a health food shop.

I just dip a cotton bud into the bottle and apply it above and below both lash lines before I go to bed. Small oily patches on the pillow are a small price to pay.

Oh yes it was rapidlash my mum used, not revitalash. Got it from boots - I've bought me some rapidbrow to try : threading woman remarked on how I had such long lashes, but basically said shame about the brows!

I used rapidlash or revitalash a few years ago and results were good within a couple of months, then wore off when I ran out. I'm now getting similar results with castor oil but it's taken about three months to see them. So, on balance, go for castor oil.

I use rapidlash with brilliant results. Reading the ingredients, it shouldn’t work but it does. I been asked if I’ve had eyelash extensions by a couple of people.

Takes about 5-6 weeks to kick in and you have to keep using it or they go back but I have long strong fluttery lashes now. The first time I used it a couple of lashes got so long I had to trim them! They were touching my eyebrows and looked daft.

Word of warning, sometimes they get to the point where they start growing in the wrong direction and not fanning outwards nicely so I have to pause using it for a couple of weeks to allow those ones to drop out.

You apply rapidlash along the roots on your top lashes where they meet the skin. It’s a very thin pointy brush. Like putting eyeliner on but as close to your roots as you can. Guessing they’re all like that.

Castor oil sounds like it’s worth a try too.
