Oh goodness - so I am 5 months pregnant and beginning to lose sight of down there but due to swimming need to keep it tidy. Used to Brazilian hot waxes professionally but the last few are just horrific - ingrowns and infect follicles and well grim.

Waited a few months to recover and decided to take the side aspect only half an inch into my own hands. Cue veet sensitive strips.

Long story short. I am less than
Partially successful but covered in blood blisters! And can't even assess the damage that well!

How else can you advise basic maintenance???

And wtf with the blood blisters!?
Dh and I do not have that type of relationship where he would ever ever ever assist.... nor would I want him
To!

Oh dear I use Nair wax strips very often and have never had a reaction like that.
To be honest I would leave it well alone and embrace the bush. It just sounds too much hard work & pain whilst preg.

I just shaved when pregnant
Used Mach 3 blades
Full length mirror in bathroom
Sensitive shave gel

I used cold wax strips once and it was disastrous. Can you not just get a regular bikini wax with hot wax at the salon? Use after wax lotion (check it is pregnancy safe) to keep ingrowns away.
