What is Mint Velvet sizing like?

I've seen a dress that I really like, but I would need to buy it online. I'm normally a 16 to 18 in Monsoon or East and a 14 in Wallis. I measured myself and looked up their size charts, I'm between 12 and 14 on their hips, 16 on their bust and off the scale on their waist (apple-shaped). Should I go for an 18 or are they quite generous in their sizing? It's this dress, so not very fitted on the waist.

Dresses I'd say they're true to size, tops are on the larger side.

That dress is kind of like a fancy dress foliage effort. I'm not convinced it would do anything for anyone (including the model).

Really? Oh dear. So I would look like a shrub? I might need a rethink. Grin I'm not keen on the styling of it on the model, I don't think I would want to wear it with ankle boots.

I think the dress is pretty. I agree it would probably look better with heels though.
