Christmas Party Dress

Planning early for a Christmas party.

Dress code is: dress to impress...whatever that means.

I have smart dresses but they would probably look better at Royal Ascot or something, very feminine and look a bit summery.

As I have lost a lot of weight this year, I will look ok in a fitted bodycon style dress.

Any suggestions, nothing too expensive?

I just bought this one from Hobbs for my Christmas party - lovely and fitted to show off your figure but also still smart. They have 20% off at the moment.

Monsoon have some lovely party dresses - including some rather glam velvet ones... uk.monsoon.co.uk/view/product/uk_catalog/mon_1.68,mon_13.23/3404496110

The first Monsoon dress is lovely!

Ooh I do like the monsoon dresses.

Do I show off cleavage or back though?!

Whistles do amazing dresses. They are super flattering and seem to takes inches off.

I just prefer the first one anyway, OP. I love the colour better and I love wrap or wrap style dresses. I think the other one is very plain from the front and the colour is quite dull.
