lipstick always wonky!

Watching GBBO and in awe of Kate's lipstick. I have many lovely bright colours but never wear as I feel it makes my lips look a weird shape. Is there a secret??

Assuming you’re putting it on you’re actual lips and not all round your mouth then I wonder if your lips just aren’t symmetrical and lipstick draws your attention to this? Mine aren’t either but I’m used to it and wear lipstick all the time

Use a lip pencil to create a more even shape.

Its definitely lack of symmetry! Clear pencil (do you get that?) a neutral one or one to match each colour? Already I have fear of reverting to my 90s heather shimmer-ness!
