Sterling silver drop earrings?

Hi,

I'm looking for a really lovely pair of sterling silver drop earrings, for occasion wear. The part that goes in has to be sterling silver due to allergies.

Budget is not a lot, around £25. I've had a look at a few jewelers online and in store, but not had much luck!

I prefer to try them instore. Most jewellers have the little prop thing so that you can see how they will fit.

If you can wear sterling silver- you can also wear stainless steel. I've seen some great modern costume jewellery in my local independent that is made of this and within your budget.

What sort of things do you like? How big?

PeteMe · 26/10/2017 19:47

Thanks ladies.

@eternalopt I want something that has length but is elegant

@Chocolatear I like those! Although I'm not sure about the leaf shape ...

@busyboysmum Thanks for sharing these. They look lovely but more like custom jewellery for me? I was looking for ones for nights out

These are a little above budget:

But I know this brand is such good quality so they would stand the test of time!

I have these from Pia. Lots of lovely ones on there and most are relatively inexpensive.

I have allergies to jewellery and had to stick to silver, then I discovered that all of M&S's jewellery is now 'skin kind'. I have a few pairs of their earrings now and I can actually wear them without them feeling like burning metal in my ears! Amazing.

I've just bought some short drop earrings in the sterling silver from John Lewis, they had quite a good selection?
