Acne breakout, recommendations please.

I often get one or two before my period but this month it's horrendous and they keep coming. Probably because I've been camping and out of routine. Please give me some suggestions for products that might help my spotty, middle aged skin.

Hi, if you haven't already my only suggestion for you would be to buy some Teatree oil. Make sure it's 100% pure, I always get mine from Holland and Barrett and wouldn't be with out it

As a teenager I had acne and teatree is the only thing that worked for me and I tried out lots of products including stuff prescribed by my doctor which did nothing at all. The way I used it was to add a few drops to hot water (comfortable enough to use on your skin) and use cotton wool pads to wipe over the affected area. I did this twice a day. Hope this helps
