What to wear with this dress

Going to an evening dinner at a hotel. Shall be wearing this dress, but what with? Black or natural stockings? Would like something to pop over it in case I get cold. What about jewellery? Do I let the dress speak for itself? And what about shoes?

Help me! Please!

It's gorgeous!

I would wear

Nude tights
High black shoes
No jewellery apart from earrings.

And just be cold. Don't cover it up.

Lost enough weight to wear it. :)

Can't go too high on the shoes either - DH only 2 inches taller than me and everyone's faces will be level with my chest if I'm not careful.

Yes to nude tights and black shoes. You could put a black blazer over the top but take it off inside.

Agree with everyone above. You could wear a chunky bracket and a black biker jacket with black heals.
But the dress is gorgeous shame to cover it.
