Are they no longer fashionable?
I’ve always fancied some - but due to chunky calves n thighs has never been an option
Now at 53 due to weight loss I’ve managed to find some that fit and make me feel good
Plain black suede with medium heel I plan to wear with jeggings probably black or very dark indigo with a longish slouchy jumper
They were from a charity shop so no great loss if you all say no way
They do make me feel good but am I trying to kid myself?

They seem to be fashionable, I've seen lots of women wearing them. Personally I think they are fugly but I know nothing about fashion.

They make you feel good so wear them! Congratulations on the weight loss.

Sound perfect to me.

They’re classic! Go for it

Mominatrix · 21/10/2017 18:41

They are very much still on trend. Even if they were not, if you feel great wearing them, do it!

Thank you for replies as they were a bargain I will wear them and pass them on when I get bored of them or feel too old!
Not so stealth boast - I’ve lost 3.5 stone so far and am trying to lose another 3!
