I'm going so grey. Tell me what to do!

I've got loads of grey sprouting everywhere but the worse bit is a clump right in the middle of my hairline in my forehead iyswim. I am feeling pretty crap about myself at the moment and this really doesn't help. Also, my hair is frizzy at the best of times bit these coarse grey hairs are making things much worse. Please help me.

I’m 41 and very grey, especially over my temples and through the top sections of my hair.

I’ve gone blonde as it blends better with the greys and the regrowth is not as harsh. I currently colour it myself every 4 weeks as it’s cheaper. In the past I’ve had blonde highlights at the hairdressers every 4-6 weeks.
