I need a smart(ish) jumper that can be worn with trousers or jeans. Any thoughts on this one? Not overly exciting but OK I think?

It's nice, but I wouldn't pay more than £20 for it

Same here. Shop around op unless you're Ms Moneybags then get two! Grin

It's nothing like a pyjama top. Don't think it looks cheap either. It's nice.

That colour would show sweat marks very easily. It looks cheaper than what it is.

Maybe try Mint Velvet? Very good quality for a similar price.

It's ok; I think the colour combination is a bit dull (I've seen star jumpers in other places with better combos). £50 is fine to spend on a jumper you will wear a lot, in my opinion. That said, I'm a big fan of the plain ones in H&M for about £20-25 and find they last well. I struggle with patterned jumpers and struggle to find ones I like which aren't too twee - I think that is why the star prints are popular at the moment

I bought that jumper and returned it; it looked really cheap and had funny marks on it, as if water had been spilt on it, it was the material. Very cheap feeling. Sent it straight back. It does look nice in the pic, quality terrible.

I like it - think it is in my John Lewis wishlist. I have a Sugarhill dress that is lovely - no probs with the brand

£50 for something that looks like a cheap pyjama top?

So you're not keen then? Grin

I've had really bad luck with MV knitwear before, after a couple of washes they almost doubled in size and looked awful so I'm reluctant to try there again, which is a shame as some of them look lovely.
