Kalme Chameleon Concealer is the best. I’ve repurchased it 3/4 times now.

Oh it’s not really actually strictly concealer, it’s like a CC cream. Really easy to blend all over, smooths over pores but then you can add more where you need more coverage without it ever looking cakey.

Thanks I will give it a go

Bourjois cc cream is good. Max factor did a great one but I think it's discontinued.

If you want to tackle the redness, rather than just cover it, look at The Ordinary Azelaic Acid. A cream which many people have said helps redness, evens out texture and helps spots/acne. Really worth a go, only £5.50 a tube. Most ppl find it best at night as makeup can pill when applying after Azelaic.

I've been using some cc cream I bought from Aldi- I use it over my nose and cheeks instead of moisturiser. I've found this really good to even out skin tone and cover redness but I haven't tried any other makes for comparison.
