Boden £10 voucher, can you re-use

Basically can you re-use the £10 voucher if you send the item back? can't find any info on their site.

I seem to think not, unless you do it as an exchange. But might be worth a call to them to see if they would as a goodwill gesture. Their customer service is generally very good.

I think you can ask for the refund as an account credit.

Ah I will thank you, I spent ages picking that dress and it was a bargain, but does nothing for me and there are so many other nice things I want to try :)
