Girls Skinny Jeans

My 9 year old DD has a teeny waist and I’m struggling to find jeans / jeggings to fit. Any recommendations for tiny waist but long legs?

H&M are usually quite long in the leg or maybe new look kids bit?

GoGoGazelle · 15/10/2017 18:11

H&M treggings fit my skinny DD.

Fairylea · 15/10/2017 18:13

New look teen range. I think they go down to an age 9/10 ish.

cleowasmycat · 15/10/2017 19:51

I’ll try H&M, new look way too big!

My very tall, very skinny DD will only wear Jack Wills..... Everything else is "too baggy" Hmm

Paintbox · 15/10/2017 19:59

I second H&M. My dd is tall and thin and often the H&M jeans are too long for her

Millipedewithherfeetup · 15/10/2017 20:07

Next used to do jeans with an adjustable waist band.not sure if they still do it now but this was the only place I could get jeans and school trousers for my long of leg and thin of hip dd.

jelliedeel · 15/10/2017 21:19

Gap jeans......the "slim" version of the skinny jean could be good.

ILoveDolly · 15/10/2017 21:22

We have same problem. Only two shops usually cut it: H&M and the La Redoute catalogue who, last year anywAy, were doing children's trousers in three different fittings (slim, regular and curvy)

TheFairyCaravan · 15/10/2017 21:22

These Next ones have an adjustable waist. They're a lovely denim, really soft. I actually bought them for myself and they're my favourite jeans.

pourmeanotherglass · 15/10/2017 21:25

DD is really tiny waisted, and finds New Look skinny jeans better than next or Primark.

MissWimpyDimple · 15/10/2017 21:28

H&M. DD is very slim and tall 10yo and the 11-12 fit her ok.

niknac1 · 15/10/2017 21:42

I’ve started to get dungarees for my children because I can turn the legs up if they are too long and adjust the straps to fit and they don’t fall down. I’ve also got tall skinny children, builders bum with the adjustable waist trousers, so the dungarees are the best solution for us right now.

Next do a slim fit skinny Jean as well as regular and plus fit. I had to buy slim for Dd1 and plus for DD2. New Look and H&M sometimes worked too.

sanitygirl · 16/10/2017 11:28

Have you tried River Island? Their "Molly" girls skinny jeans have an adjustable waist and are pretty slim fitting

Thisismynewname123 · 16/10/2017 13:33

Adjustable waists are no good for really slim girls. They bunch up too much. You can get slim fit Next jeans online which are the best we've managed to get for fit.
