Lip filler/ liners/ plumbers??

Hey

my bottom lip is disproportionately bigger than my top lip and my top lip is wonky (all because I used to have a terrible overbite and pushed my bottom lip out to hide my teeth Sad)

What could I do to fix this? I've tried lipstick and looked absolutely fucking horrendous as it only served to highlight how awful my lips are

My teeth have been fixed and they look lovely but are rather big

Anything anyone can suggest?!

Lip filler/ liners/ plumbers??

I don't think a plumber would help much unless he could plunge my top lip a big bigger Blush

I honestly think your lips are lovely as they are.

Your bottom lip gives the impression of lovely full lips, and you have a really nice cupid's bow and shape to your top lip. Filler would plump it up, but you'd lose that lovely shape.

mishfish · 14/10/2017 11:43

@VapersNest what about permanent lip liner? I'm honestly so self conscious about it Sad

I think you have lovely lips as it is!

SleepFreeZone · 14/10/2017 11:44

Your lips are beautiful!

BoreOfWhabylon · 14/10/2017 11:47

Oh if only we could see ourselves as others see us!

OP, your lips are lovely, really they are. They don't need anything doing to them.

mishfish · 14/10/2017 11:49

Really? Really really?

I was bullied so badly at school for them.

Thank you for your lovely comments though. Having such a tough time in general at the moment and feeling very insecure which is why I think I'm picking on myself

OP your lips are lovely. i would say the bullies were jealous. I was taunted because of my height (6ft and slim) and it turned out they were jealous.

PeasAndHarmony · 14/10/2017 11:55

You could have a little bit of filler in your top lip to plump it up a bit.

Colleague had this done and it was very subtle.

BastardTart · 14/10/2017 11:57

Your lips are perfect, please don't give yourself a trout pout. Spend the money on something beautiful for yourself instead - your lips don't need anything doing to them as they are already perfect

Ridingthegravytrain · 14/10/2017 12:00

I would have filler to try and make my lips look like yours. I'm jealous!

whiteroseredrose · 14/10/2017 13:28

You really do have lovely lips.

Please don't risk ruining them.

silkpyjamasallday · 14/10/2017 15:37

I wouldn't do filler or liner tattoos OP, your lips are a beautiful shape, honestly.

Bullies often pick on things about you they envy or something they can tell you are self conscious about, it's nothing but nastiness to try to mask their own insecurities. I got bullied a lot and understand how things can bother you even years later as an adult, but don't let horrible children control how you feel now.

Save the money you would have spent on filler and spend it on something else to make you feel a bit better. Maybe appearance related like a different hair cut or colour or some new makeup or skincare bits... or not related to style or beauty at all, get some nice coffee/tea or a candle. Whatever will guarantee to cheer you up!

SilentlyScreamingAgain · 14/10/2017 15:51

You're lovely looking and your mouth is amazing.

Timefortea99 · 14/10/2017 15:58

Your lips are a lovely shape. You were bullied because you had something they wanted.

RunRabbitRunRabbit · 14/10/2017 16:08

Your lips remind me of Taylor Swift's. They'd look amazing in a strong red lipstick.

I'd love lips like yours.

Kochicoo · 14/10/2017 16:15

Definitely don't need to get anything done. They're perfect!

mishfish · 14/10/2017 19:37

Thank you everyone

I tried some lipstick on.... look like Pennywise the dancing bloody clown so that's a no no anyway!

I've got a big mouth, I've never really worn lipstick because it looks too much, like I'm all mouth. I stick to tinted balms. I'm starting to lose a bit of volume now with age and in a fit of madness bought the new Sculpt lip plumper, it makes my lips much darker without being too in yer face. I'm hoping it gets me used to my mouth being a bit more obvious and I can eventually move on to full time lipstick.
