Just wondered what delivery is like and what sizing is like? TIA

Sizing is like Zara, ie. small. I'm in the Netherlands so probably not the same but delivery here is within 2 or 3 days, no issues. They can be a bit slow with reimbursing returns though.

I’ve bought online and had it delivered to the store. It’s as efficient as Zara. Sizing? Maybe a little on the small size, not much. Shoe sizing is fairly tts.

Agree. Reimbursement is very, very slow! Up to 15 work days (i.e. almost 3 weeks). Also, customer care response to emails is very poor. I sent an email 5 days ago and have yet to receive a response.

Their silk shirts fell apart - poor quality but I love Massimo Dutti.

Their leather jackets are amazing but agree come up small
I’m currently dieting and have promised myself a MD jacket hopefully in navy when I get to my goal weight which will hopefully be by December
