I've worn non wired longline bras for years.

What's a longline bra???

InigoTaran · 13/10/2017 14:02

What are they and why are they better?

girlwhowearsglasses · 13/10/2017 14:39

Like this - don’t ask me why she’s doing that but you get the picture!

It spread the supportore so less lumpy round the back,

I quite like the look too

There’s a stiffener strip up the side which spreads the support too - less riding up the back.

—some might call it a basque—

Bras like that have been around for donkey's years.

Auldspinster · 13/10/2017 14:51

They're good for tops with low backs as they sit much lower.

girlwhowearsglasses · 13/10/2017 14:52

Yes I know but I’ve never ever seen one my size (FF)

Are they a bugger to put on??

Auldspinster · 13/10/2017 16:26

Nah, I've never found them any fiddlier than regular bras.
