Someone on one of the recent ethical/ British clothing threads mentioned Nancy Dee for jersey dresses. Well, I’ve bought two, and they’re fabulous! Well-made, interesting but flattering shapes, nice wide hems and not a trailing thread or loose stitch anywhere. I’m trying to justify buying my favourite in a second colour: nancydee.co.uk/collections/dresses/products/esme-soft-black. Prices are similar to Boden, Whistles, Hush, etc.
I can't find the post with the recommendation again but, if you're reading this, thanks! :D
