Where are the dress suits??

I’ve just started a new job and it’s smarter than my old one. In old one I tended to wear jersey/cotton dresses and a cardigan but that won’t cut it here.
I’ve got two different formal jackets, one of which is black, and some dresses formal enough to go with the black one (as well as a plain black dress and skirt which goes with my other jacket) but I feel
Like I need another option. I was thinking of a dress suit as then I’ve got something a bit special for wjen I need it but can split it up for every day.
Ideally I’d love a dress suit in burgundy but the dress can’t be too straight as I’m an 18 with a big stomach. Hobbs have this but I’m not convinced I like the black www.hobbs.co.uk/product/display?productID=0217-4611-9083L00&productvarid=0217-4611-9083L00-RED-BLACK-12&refpage=shop
Any thoughts? I like to wear black opaque do not navy....

I’m wondering about this and the accompanying jacket www.hobbs.co.uk/product/display?productID=0217-7493-9044L00&productvarid=0217-7493-9044L00-MULBERRY-12&refpage=shop (aware its a skirt suit!)

Bumping in case any of the night crew can help! I realise we are pretty unusual to be so smart!
