I'm starting a new management role in a few weeks, work wardrobe is mainly sorted, but I'm struggling for a jacket or cardigan. I'm not sure how formal it will be, or how warm, so looking for a something is proving tricky...I'm 45, brunette, 5foot 7, size 10 ...any ideas please?
