Skinny jeans

I am sure this has been done to death. Am after some blue skinnies to suit my 5'6" size 12 bod.

I need high rise ( mum tum) have narrow hips, flat bum and average legs.

Any suggestions?

You sound a very similar size to me!
I have two that I love.
M&S collection Jeggings, the indigo blue ones are much comfier than stiff jeans and have a button fly. I actually have them in multiple colours now. They are £19.50 but I try to get them at the outlet store for around £11-£15. they last really well.

I have recently found that the Super High Rise skinny in Primark are quite good, I’m not a usual primark shopper, I got a couple of pairs (£8 I think) in mid wash and dark wash. They’re ok, good for keeping in the Mum tum. I’ve washed them a few times now and the dark set are losing their colour a bit but they did start off super dark indigo.
