Hair Dye dilemma.

I been dying my hair lightest ash or cool blonde for ever. Last week I went medium cool blonde and I hate it. It’s a kind of Khaki colour. I want to go light again but my sister seems to think I need to use a light baby blonde or a light warm blonde.

Does any one have any advice?

i think u do need warm tones in it to counteract the green. second what pp said be cheaper and easier in the long run to see a hairdresser.

If you want lightest ash, why would she suggest a warm blond ? It will need re-lightening (bleach) and probably re-toning

I think because the ash is clinging to my hair and causing the green tinge. Hence needing a warmer tone to balance the green.

Oh no, I missed the green part.
Yes, sounds like you'll need a color correction , just to be safe is go to a salon.
You could try a toner if you absolutely must but it would need to be professional grade and I wouldn't risk it
