Oversized jumper or cardigan?

Hello!

I'm hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction.

I've recently purchased these over the knee boots to wear with black skinnies and I really want either a black, grey or cream oversized jumper (or oversized cardigan to be worn with a vest) to go with the outfit.

I don't have a budget as such as it's something I know I'll wear time and time again. I'm usually a high street shopper with some classic designer pieces added here and there so would consider any options!

Other Stories have some great oversized jumpers and I have some from Cos that wash well and look good with skinnies. Or try Uniqlo.

Plumo has the Jack sweater:super flattering and a great look. It comes in moss, navy and grey.

Whistles is good for that kind of thing too. It's not one of your colours, but I had the green relaxed grown on knit on in store - it was lovely and soft and I think it would look nice with the look you're after.

H and m. I bought an oversized pale grey polo neck from there the first day I wore it 3 separate people stopped me and asked where it was from.

I came on to say H&M too, I was in there last week and you couldn't swing a cat but hit an oversized jumper. Very reasonably priced too.

But I've had serval H&M jumpers over the years and they pill massively and/or don't keep that fluffy texture look after it's been washed. Just don't expect them to last.

I'll have a look on the H&M site too!

Menswear cable knits.

I buy men's merino wool jumpers on eBay, two sizes too big. I've had some absolute bargains for a few pounds.

Hush paloma in charcoal grey.

Lovely oversized knit. Deep V, boxy shape, hip length and skinny arms.

Does the Paloma jumper wash well @missfliss?

It's definitely a delicate hand wash as it's quite lightweight with bamboo - but yes, holds its shape fine. I have it in charcoal / and pink.

Would buy more colours if hush would make them

missfliss - do you mean an actual hand wash, or the hand wash cycle in your washing machine? (Am contemplating buying the Paloma but too lazy to actually hand wash anything!)

Coming on to recommend Hush Paloma jumper but I see missfliss has beaten me to it. I've washed mine twice in the machine on hand wash cycle - no problems at all.

I think that's made up my mind too! I love the charcoal one!

I've also found some lovely ones on H&M so thank you for that tip! Going to order a few and then decide when they're here!
