Boob improvers?

Has anyone found a cream/oil that’s improved the appearance of their boobs in any way? Or anything else? They’ve gotten smaller and danglier since having 2 dc with impressive pleating :)

I believe some toning exercises with dumbells might help a bit. I keep intending to try it.

Get a well fitting bra, makes all the difference. I lost weight and my boobs looked shut until I got a new bra that made them look full and perky again.

Swimming a lot (4-5 times a week) has improved the perkiness of mine but I suspect that's more to do with the muscles around so you'd probably achieve the same through other types of exercise.

thanks - i hadn't thought properly about muscle toning, that'd help! Too busy hoping for a miracle cream :) or £5,000 for one of those lunchtime lift things!

OP, I have been using Clarins Bust Beauty Extra- Lift Gel for 4 weeks now, and I think I can see a difference in my saggy 32 DD boobs ( gone smaller due to weight loss).
It's expensive, at £44, but I've used it religiously every morning, and been quite generous with it ( one pump for each boob), and I am slightly over halfway through the bottle.
So, say 7 to 8 weeks for your £44; I will definitely be re- purchasing before it runs out.

I use Mio Boob Tube. I'm convinced that using a cream regularly (morning & eve for me) keeps the skin good - & if I miss a day or more then I do notice the difference, but I do have dry skin in general. I also like the fact that when I am using the cream I am effectively checking for lumps or anything unusual. The area between boob & neck is also definitely better with regular cream.
I like the Mio cream simply because I particularly like the texture & I like the scent & it has a pump action which produces exactly the right amount for me - a very small amount. Its expensive but it lasts ages as i only use about 2 pea sized amounts twice a day. I've tried other creams & either they are a bit too liquid or too solid or too greasy or I don't like the scent or they had no affect on the dryness of my skin. A cheaper alternative is just Aveeno body cream which I also so like - but just not as much.

I also do the simple cold water splash on my boobs after showering. Someone once said it was a good simple treatment & it doesn't appear to have done any harm! As others have said I don't believe that the creams do anything re shaping.

obviously no cream will do anything - 'firming', 'tightening' etc are all lies.

surgery or just don't worry about it, no-one else will notice.

a well-fitting bra may improve external appearance under clothes, if you can stand the discomfort of a bra.

OP, I know it may sound crazy, but my boobs re-inflated when I started to drink soya milk.

They had been rather sad looking flat envelope flaps after breastfeeding and then just filled out again after I drank a glass of soya milk a day after weaning.
Of course you may not want the pneumatic look! Mine are quite large now.

As it was I had rather sad flappy envelopes boobs for about three months after weaning, then I drank a glass of soya milk a day (I'm dairy free so wanted to drink a calcium supplemented milk for my bones) and it was like a foot pump. Magic!

The science suggests it's the phyto-oestrogen in the soya that did the trick. They mimic oestrogen in the body without the nasty side effects.

Ginny because of your post I have prayed to the god of breast tissue and persuaded DP to go and get me as much soy milk as the corner shop has in it’s fridge. Fingers and toes crossed it helps my non existent breasts will drink stark naked while looking in the mirror

I'm seriously thinking if the Clarins Bust Lift gel can gradually lift a whole bust a bit, then what could it do if we put it on our foreheads? Slight facelift surely?

Aha, Ginny, I’ve got it now. I read that as you drank a glass of soy milk, a day after weaning! Whereas (I think) YOU meant you drank a glass of soy milk a day, after weaning.

If anything else worked nobody would have an uplift, trust me, I tried everything before surgery!
