Outfit for tonight- help!

Afternoon all.
I'm off on a rare night out tonight,comedy gig in a small venue. Have no real going out clothes so am desperately trying to cobble something together. I like this shirt but does it look too 'officey' with this dress? And if not, navy or black tights? Black chelsea DMs or cherry red brogues?

Or shall I abandon the dress and go for black skinnies??

I like the dress too. I think that'll be fine with your DM's. I maybe would wear a tighter fit jersey top underneath the dress

Hm I don't have any decent looking jersey tops- just the scruffy shit I wear for work Dress was a bargain from Sainsbury @ £14

Does look even remotely officey. Tight and DMs I think.
