I have let myself go - it's not a total disaster but I'm going to make a concerted effort to look better and I hope feel much better by losing weight and not ignoring my skin and hair.
I can't find any sort of "schedule" of beauty that is totally complete that if I stick to it I know I'll look considerably more glam!
Please feel free to tell me what's missing!
Daily:
Cleanse with hot flannel and face wash
Moisturise (night cream and day with SPF 15)
Body exfoliating gloves - daily
Razor for under arms - daily
Bikini line (do own when it needs it)
Make up (I wear tinted moisturiser to even my skin tone out and brow pencil)
Brow shape and lash tint - every 3 weeks
Hair mask - weekly
Face mask and face scrub weekly
Leg wax once a month
Body exfoliation - once a month?
Lymphatic drainage massage - every six weeks?)
Highlights every six weeks
Mani / pedi (do my own when needed)
Haircut - every 3 months
Teeth whitening - once a year
Anything really obvious that I'm missing?!
