Well, bit of an exaggeration, but its awful. I have the full whack, its everywhere on my body except face, feet and fanny its bright red and sooo dry. Coming up to winter it gets so much worse. I've improved it massively by using exfoliating gloves and a rich moisturiser but the redness persists and the bumps never fully go.

I need rid of it. Please could I have your best products, regimes, vitamins, diet tips anything! Thank you..

Flexitol works because it has urea in it.

You need this cream if you can find it in the UK. It has a high urea content so it works but smells a bit like wee... I use it at night when my arms are flaring up so that I can wash it off in the shower the next day and not smell like a urinal. One or two days is enough to keep the bumps at bay for a few months

Hello, ameliorate works for me but it is expensive and you really have to use it a lot. I have heard that Avon skin so soft oil is really good so I will try that when I run out of ameliorate. In a lot of people it improves with age. It disappears completely when I go on a beach holiday and swim in the sea everyday. KP is a bastard because it is like psoriasis, different things work for different people and there is no one size fits all cure sadly.

What has worked for me
Korean skin towel
Dry skin brushing followed by a lotion with a bit of tea tree added in it

and this
stuff
