Ive recently been diagnosed with morton's neuroma and need some good supporting shoes not the fugly ones im currently having to wear that go with black and navy. My work trousers are navy and my dresses on the main are black. I was thinking burgandy. I hate shoes shopping at the best of times. No heals.

I also have to wear an pad thing inside. Do you think half a size would be enough or a full size up to accomodate it?

What's your budget like? Flitflops have a good reputation and aren't ugly, I've got a lovely pair of loafers from there that are much admired.

If you can wear any flat shoes the read enbrogue, it's a blog dedicated to flat shoes. Very tempting though!

I'm considering these for work.

Gabor are very comfortable.

I also love Reiker.

I'm a nurse so on my feet 12 hours a day, I wear Dr Martens Mary Janes...they are the best shoes ever!

FitFlops. Cloggs currently have 20% off, I think.

The shoes you linked to OP are lovely but they may be a bit flat, and they don't look very supportive. I've got RA which affects my feet badly and plantar fascitis to boot, and FFs are the only things I can wear comfortably. My heel pads and orthotic insoles fit in them, too.

I have this too. I've just got some patent burgundy Brogues called Netley Rose from Clarks. I love them.

I like the netley rose ones.and the dm's. Ill give them a try on. Thank you all for the suggestions.

clarks generally have good arch support, and do wide fit so you could fit orthotics in them too. Tan colour goes with black and navy.

Fekko · 04/10/2017 22:48

I get brogues - I used to wear them when I was a trendy teen, and now my back is knackered I'm back to them! Ecco and Geox do comfy ones and Clarkes do funky colours.

TheCraicDealer · 04/10/2017 22:54

I just got the Netley Lola style- link. They come in a lush burgundy too but I wimped out and got the black. Couldn’t bear another winter freezing my toes off in shitty ballet pumps! They’re really comfy and come in various widths, would recommend.

Those are lovely craic.

I was diagnosed with morton's neuroma a couple of months ago. The podiatrists said lace ups are best as more adjustable and approved of the fitflops.

Cushioned soles are good too.
