Skin lightening cream for bra strap marks

Is anyone able to recommend a skin lightening cream? I've never heard of anyone else getting this but I've got dark lines over my shoulders where over the many years my bra straps have marked my skin.

would it not be less drastic to use fake tan to make the rest of your skin slightly darker?

I need some for brown patches that appeared on my face

Finding I've never heard of that, are you sure you are wearing the right size as it isn't your straps that should be supporting your breasts! There is a cream for liver marks etc. I'll try and remember it's name!
