Nice wellies

I want to invest in a decent pair of wellies that are comfortable and stylish (if wellies can be stylish?!). Any recommendations? Thanks!

Avoid Joules, they don't last long

Aigle - so comfortable, I love mine, can walk miles in them

stabbyjoe · 03/10/2017 13:04

Thanks Banbury I've had a look at agile, they are really nice. Lots of people saying they're a generous fit and they had to go down a size, did you find that?

No, I bought my usual size...but I can fit an extra pair of socks in when needed!

Le Chameau, every time!

Aigle or Le Chameau here. Ilse Jacobsen laced boots are lovely but less durable soles than those previously mentioned if you want to use them for rough walking. More stylish for town parks though, and a good choice of colours.

Hunter

Is it wellies in particular you're looking for or a waterproof long boot?
After years of cold uncomfortable wellies I now wear leather wellies AKA country boots. They last a long time, keep your feet toasty and are supportive.

stabbyjoe · 04/10/2017 12:09

Thank you I've gone for aigle! Just ordered online. I think wellies as they're for occasional wear but country boots certainly look good for being outdoors lots.

I have some blush pink Louis Vuitton ones which are very nice!
