Help - capsule (budget) wardrobe needed - size 20/22

Hello. I have somehow (mainly by eating too much - but I have been ill too) gained a lot of weight and now none of my autumn/winter clothes fit.

I am doing something about this and intend to go along to slimming world tomorrow afternoon. However, I am currently living in one outfit - black pants and black top as nothing else fits.

I need an emergency capsule wardrobe. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced place to get things. I prefer online shopping at present and don't want to spend a lot as I intend to be serious about weight loss.

My brands in recent years have tended to be Boden, M&S, Debenhams collection (tunics etc). I am a bit stuck as I really dont know where to start. My look is casual but I am 50 so that needs to be taken into account. Last winter I wore black boots a lot (ankle boots) and black jeans/trousers with black/purple tops and cardigans. I would like to inject a bit of colour but not too much. I like a simple look accessorised by colourful scarf or bag. Thanks. (I am desperate as I ordered a few bits off ebay last week and they arrived but none fit so I really want to order new so at least it is easier to send back). All ideas welcome.

On another thread someone suggested crazy clearance as they sell last years catalogue stock, might be worth a look.

I have a similar problem last, year I was a dress size slimmer and nothing fits so I am back low carbing and hoping it wont take too long.

I love sainsburys tu jeans, I am a 18 and they are flattering and wash well, they also do short lengths which I need for my stubby legs.

As an aside to the diet try 30 day shred, evil 22 mins of exercise, I.use it when I am starting to get back into exercise yet again and it gives great results and can be done at home. My fitness increases rapidly.

Good luck
