I wanted to share a revelation with anyone who might find it helpful.
I recently stopped using moisturiser on my face and body at night and switched to coconut oil.
My skin absolutely loves it!
I used to get at least 1 or 2 massive spots a month and they have completely disappeared.
I don't know if my skin actually needed th extra moisture or just didn't like the ingredients in various products I have tried over the years. I thought all the extra grease would make spots worse but no.
My skin is also looking brighter and more even and I definitely look less exhausted.
I'm only 36 so not wrinkled yet but the frown line between my eyebrows is also decreased.
