I think I love them but objectively could do with objective opinions as they are a very £££ purchase

Work - shirt with flats

Think I agree with Botemp on this one. Not sure the fit is right for you and I have a similar figure to you and was also thinking of ordering them. Now i'm not so sure.

angelsgirls · 29/09/2017 17:21

Nice legging but def need longer tops

Top needs to cover bum and crotch

TeachesOfPeaches · 29/09/2017 17:26

Anyone tried the hush ones? They are more £££ though!

I don't like them in the burgundy, sorry. And I don't like them in the first pic. The other pics look fine, and you have a lovely figure, but personally think black is the only way to go, if you have to go leather trews.

missfliss · 29/09/2017 17:48

You are all so kind to give a mix of positive and negative feedback so diplomatically- thank you !

Love the colour and how you style them.

First pic is unflattering but it's just the angle I think .

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 29/09/2017 17:52

The tux outfit looks cool as, and I'm v jealous, but would still prefer the trousers in black. :)

Getout21 · 29/09/2017 17:55

See I like the burgundy as most would go for black & think it's nice to mix it up. I also like the leopard flats but I count animal print as a neutral! Grin

Squashit · 29/09/2017 17:59

They don't fit you- they're too tight at the top and too baggy on the legs so even if you wore a longer top you would have the wrinkled leg thing going on.

I like the colour though and I can see a properly fitting pair suiting your look. 🙂

CountFosco · 29/09/2017 18:07

Colour is gorgeous. The hush ones are a similar price and come in a burgundy and forest green. There's also some burgundy (or navy) on The Outnet for slightly more. Kalaidoscope are cheaper but polyester lined.

In all the on-line images the models have long tops on, I suspect everyone gets hip creases but agree it's a good idea to try the alternatives since trousers generally are so liable to look different on everyone.

SardinesAreSwimming · 29/09/2017 18:29

I don't think the fit is quite right at the top of the thighs. A proper fit would be more flattering and at the price, they should be perfect.

missfliss · 29/09/2017 18:43

I really like the colour ( sorry people that don't!)

I have ordered black and burgundy from hush to try for fit.

I have also ordered a long line shirt, jumper and top to try.

We will see...

I love the colour
I love them on you
They do look a teensy bit big I think in the first pic, so not unflattering just like maybe they;re not fitting exactly but I think you can do a lot with them because you've 'styled them' very well (and could be fantastic in proper winter too)

rightknockered · 29/09/2017 22:30

I like the colour, but think they need to be tighter all over.
I have the Hush ones from last year and they are nice and snug on the leg and I don't get creases around my crotch or anywhere else.
I think you'd look incredible in a tighter pair

Catinthecorner · 29/09/2017 23:27

Love the colour and your styling. I think you perhaps could size down/try an alternative brand but I’m being very critical on fit here. If I saw you in the street I’d be super jealous of how cool you look.

QueenoftheAndals · 01/10/2017 10:48

Can I ask how tall you are OP? I have my eye on the same pair but I'm 5'9. I notice yours are ankle length but if you're shorter than I am then they'll be too short for me.

missfliss · 01/10/2017 12:23

Hi queenoftheandals. I'm 5'6" - but you're are rolled under a bit (maybe 3 inches?) so probably perfect for you

It depends on your clothes budget. Leather leggings look fantastic but they are not a long term prospect, leather goes baggy at the knees and arse. That is to say that my leather leggings have gone baggy at the knees and arse, they might not if you walk like a zombie and never bend down.

missfliss · 01/10/2017 14:56

Lots of posters say that their leggings have maintained their shape - where were yours from if you don't mind me asking?

I only want to buy if they are a long term prospect. Otherwise it's pointless.

verite · 01/10/2017 15:32

I have 2 pairs of leather leggings and 2 pairs of leather trousers and only one of those (a very Very cheap pair I bought from Very) have gone saggy.

Theseaweed · 01/10/2017 15:37

I really love the colour, totally gorgeous however I don't think they fit you well. I wondered if they were a little too long or big in the leg as there is a lot of branching and creasing. They should look smooth. I would try on some other brands to find a perfect fit.

missfliss · 01/10/2017 18:40

Hush ones arrived and the same issue.

I think basically it's just my mum tum that is the issue, and that unless I fork out for a tummy tuck ( unlikely) I look better in long tops.

I ordered three long tops to try and I like them.
