Winter sleeping bag - seeking recommendations

Hi, I'm looking to buy a winter sleeping bag for my 11 month old boy. All the sleeping bags have no arms and I'm afraid he would get cold st night as his room dips during the night. Does anyone recommend a sleeping bag?
