Hi, I was just after some advice please!!

I've just turned 40 and I wore braces as a child in the 90's but I feel my teeth have moved and they stick out now( In those days we never got a retainer to wear overnight which seems to be norm now).

Was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and would braces work again? I just feel self conscious when I look at photos and never remember feeling this way before ..

Any advice would be most welcome!!!!

I too am in my 40's and had the six month smiles braces on my top and bottom teeth due to movement and crowding and had the braces off 2 weeks ago, I won't lie and say it was painless because it really wasn't and I did feel a bit self conscious having them on( like an overgrown teenager as my 12 year old also has them!) however my teeth look great now and I have a fixed retainer so they are staying put!!

My 6 month smiles come off next week! I have hated them, but can't wait to see the results.
