Please help dress DH

DH Wears trainers, plain black tshirts and jeans that be turns up as he has short legs. That is all.

He says he wants some nice clothes but He doesn’t have a clue what he wants to wear and I don’t have a clue how to dress him! He is also fussy.

Help?! What do mid 30’s men with short legs wear?
