Comfortable but cool(ish) rucksack, ideally waterproof?

I've had a Kanken for years absolutely it's been brilliant as a change bag and for carting around all the crap needed for two kids. Weirdly, it's suddenly started to feel uncomfortable - the straps dig in and it feels heavy if I have a lot in it. I don't know why I've been fine with it up til now!

So, ideally, I'd like something:

Fairly waterproof
Squarish, so it doesn't waste space at the top
Handles at the top
A couple of interior pockets
At least one exterior pocket
Less than £60ish
Not leather-look
Not quilted
Neutralish colour or dark pattern

Any recs?...

I love Eastpak - I switched to one when I was pregnant and my massive handbag on one shoulder was giving me back ache. They are fab!

I have the loveliest simple Ally Capellino rucksack. It was a complete bargain from tk maxx. Waterproof leather and canvas and beautiful quality.

Sorry. I didn't finish that- my bag completely fits your bill but as I say it was a tk maxx find so may be worth a look there. It was £45 down from £250. I actually use it instead of a changing bag for the dcs.

I've got an Eastpak as well. Well made and comfy.

I considered ones by Sandqvist and Rains too but the Eastpak one was comfier (and about 1/3 price in the sale)
