post menpause hair; what can I use to perk it up?

I'm 53 and have come through the menopause intact , my hair however is another matter

I still have plenty of it but it looks lifeless & dull. I have thick, generally coarse hair as as the grey is coming in it is looking a bit grizzled round my hairline.

does anyone have any recommendations for shampoo, conditioner and treatments please as mine aren't cutting the mustard

Philip Kingsley or Aveda are worth a look. Neither is cheap.
