Sports(?) jacket - like neoprene material

I saw someone wearing a jacket in material like neoprene, looked fairly waterproof, good for outdoor/sports etc.

But I've not seen anything similar in the shops and not sure what to search for! Anyone know the kind of thing I'm looking for?

Look for a softshell jacket.

I got one from TK Maxx in the outdoor jacket jumble. It's great. Warm, showeroroof, didn't cost the earth. Not fully water proof as the seams aren't taped but it's fine in a light drizzle.

The one I have is made by Coboll. Never heard of it before I bought it (the wonders of TKMaxx).

I have a fully waterproof Asics one and a not totally waterproof one from Puma - both from sportshoes.com. The Asics one is brilliant.

They sell them in Uniqlo.

They are sometimes sold as windstopper fleeces.
