Crepey upper eyelids

Other than surgery, is there any effective treatment for these?
My eyelids have always been slightly crepey, even as a teenager (eyeshadow never looked smooth), but of course it's worse now I'm older (54).
Seems to be worse in the inner corners and I'm getting very self-conscious.

I found Niod Neck Elasticity Catalyst is good on the lids. I also use Niod CAIS on my lids and Niod Hyraulonic. Has helped me.

I am similar, I'm 51, used to love eyeshadow but alas no more because of crepey lids however, after many trials (two daughters in hair & beauty industry) what works fab for me is NYX eyeshadow base, and NYX nude on nude shadow kit, very subtle as I use pale on upper lid and the golden/bronzy colours on the edge near lashes. I use a little shadow base around and under eye's too.
It works great for me but also not too pricey if it's not for you.

No7 skincare at boots. Sorted my crepey neck and upper eyelids out. It does take weeks of regular use, but it works
