Has anyone taken this to help with hair loss? It looks ridiculously expensive.

I've been using it for nearly two years and it has made a huge difference to my hair. It had really thinned at the temples and was thin and lank all around my head. I've loads of hair now and the texture is much better. Yes it's expensive and you need to take two a day for the first six months and one every day after that. I always buy it on offer. It has been worth it for me.

I'm in Ireland, I've bought them in Boots and another health store when they've had offers.

I have been using it for about 18 months, and it has really made a difference to my (post menopausal) hair, which had thinned a lot in the front. I buy mine in M&S when they have offers (20% off last weekend for example). I don't want to stop now!

I'm the same gonegrey, I'd like to be able to stop because of the cost bit I'd be afraid of what would happen!

I found it upset my stomach so stopped. Maybe I will try again.

Definitely didn't increase my body hair. I was hoping my eyelashes and eyebrows would grow a bit but it made no difference. I'd say as with everything people will have mixed results but it did work for me.
