Nip and Fab eye products /colour correctors. Advice needed.

Ok so I'm a complete make up newbie. So I'd appreciate any advice people have to give. I've always liked the idea of make up but never really had the time/been that bothered. But now at 30 with 3 kids under 6 and not getting a good sleep I would really love not looking tired.
I've been looking at Nip and Fab and like the look of Viper venom eye fix to help brighten and smoothe my dark circles.
Does any one else use this? How well does it work?

I'm also looking at getting Nip and Fab colour corrector in Terracotta or Banana to help lighten the dark circles too.
Any idea which one is better? And do I need to use foundation over the top? I'd prefer something lighter on the skin like tinted moisturiser. Would this work? If not what foundation would you recommend that's light a hopefully foolproof for a newbie?

Any Nip and Fab users out there with any advice?

I used the Venom eye thing years ago and didn't notice a difference. Haven't used their eye correctors. I think if you use one of the yellow ones then you would probably need something more flesh toned over the top but don't know.
I bought a caffeine solution from the Ordinary which I really like - I think it tightens my bags but not much effect on dark circles so I still use concealer.
Can't help you with concealer recommendations as I have never found one that I really like.
