Bitten nails!

Hi all! I have recently stopped biting my nails and they are still very very short. I was going to book a nail appointment as an incentive to keep up the good work! Wondered how many weeks I should wait until I get them done? I'll include a picture. Thank you

Congratulations on ceasing to bite...I for one know how hard it is not to! I have to say, yours look far better than mine did! I'm now about 6 weeks along and am far less ashamed of my hands already, just from looking after nails.not sure whether to suggest an appointment as am no expert and others will probably know better but o.p.i avoplex is your ally, rubbed into cuticles and nails as often as poss...good luck and keep going!

Aww thanks. It's so hard to resist a nibble!

Oh I know!!! I've found that making them nice and strong means they're getting too strong/hard for even ME to bite and that's saying something! I will try to post a pic of mine 6 weeks in later
