Under eye problem

Can anyone offer advice on how to stop under eye concealer creasing and making me look like a reverse Panda!!
I use eyecream and a smashbox under eye hydrating primer but it still creases and looks 'messy'

I have really oily skin and have found the vast majority of concealers do the same on me.

After a lot of trial and error, the best one I have found by a long shot is Makeup Forever Full Cover, which is a waterproof concealer. It absolutely doesn't crease or budge: http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod107011100011234350640999-1

MAC Pro Longwear concealer and Estée Lauder Double Wear Waterproof concealer are also good, although don't offer quite as much coverage and wear time. Both are similar formulations (in fact, as Estée Lauder owns both brands, I suspect they are the same formulation).

Maybe a lighter more liquid concealer ? I use touché eclat or the garnier roll on one and they don't crease. They still work as they reflect light instead of covering it all up. If I layer up heavier products I find it cakes and creases and makes me look 100.
