Looks like it's from M&S.

Doesn't fit it's price tag.

I think it's very old fashioned and looks like it's from Next.

The cuffs could quickly look a bit yucky I fear.

It reminds me of the ladies of a certain Eastern European origin who wear stiletto boots at the top of the slopes where we go on our skiing holidays

Im with mowgli id wear it casualky thrown over boots jeans and a fitted tee.

It is just a classic piece.
