eyeliner pencil that doesn't budge

I have been using L'Oreal Infallible for years, but they've changed the formula, and now not only does it make my eyes water but it runs when they do!
Can anyone recommend a waterproof pencil that will stay on all day and not budge in the wind and rain? I'd pay anything for a pencil that actually works!

My Lancôme one (waterproof) is really good, best pencil I've used.

I've been using a pencil eyeliner from too faced which seems to have been lasting well so far

Mac Technakohl - brilliant. It's one of those twist up ones, rather than a pencil.

I've been using NYX giant eye pencils. Love'em!

Thanks for the quick replies, glad to see there's a choice! I really liked the NYX lippie I bought recently, so think I'll give the eyeliner a go then!

Marc Jacobs - the gel pencils (both types) & fine liners are brilliant, even with humidity.

Clinique quickliner, comes in loads of shades, twists up and has a smudger at the other end.It's budge proof, truly - I've sworn by it for years

Ester Lauder double wear liner, not the liquid one. Literally doesn't budge all day.

Stila twist up pencil is fantastic

Clinique pencils make my eyes water and the EL double wear was USELESS on me - smudged so quickly. Also tried the Urban Decay 24/7 (definitely not 24/7) among many many others.

I may have to try the lancome waterproof and the NXY though!

Avon glimmerstick works for me. Be warned though, most make-up removers struggle to remove every last trace of it!

Mac PowerPoint eye pencils are amazing! Been using for years and never let me down.
