Under dress slips for a child?

My 5 year old dd has been given a lovely dress as a present, long sleeves and a winter pattern, but very thin and pretty see through! It's summer weight really but a winter design. Is there such a thing as a slip for a child and if so, where do I get one? Tia

Or even an underskirt as she could wear a vest. When I search for underskirts though, I just get the betting ones for bridesmaids dresses. Surely I must be able to find something suitable somewhere?

Thank you. Petticoat is the word I was thinking of! That's nice but I think the neckline is too high and the skirt is too full for the dress in question
