What shoes?

I bought these culottes at the weekend from George at Asda. They're really flattering and comfortable so perfect for work. I'm not sure what shoes that wear with them as we go into the Autumn and the weather gets colder and wetter. Any suggestion?

Smart boots? I'd probably go with knee highs. I think that ankle boots and culottes can make the calves look really chubby so not ideal unless you have very thin legs.

Depends how long they are - if they're longer culottes, e.g., closer to your ankle than your knee, then I'd be tempted to wear the longer ankle boots. I think that's a very modern interpretation of culottes. Alternatively, I think I'd wear a pair of black loafers or brogues with black opaques for the winter months.

I'd wear pointed heels.Or shoe boot type things.Definitley heels though.

Chin I like the idea of brogues. So opaque tights under culottes is ok? I wasn't sure on that.

I have a pair of long culottes, and I've been wearing them with the really little socks (black) with black brogues. I'll be wearing the culottes in the winter with a new pair of longer black ankle boots (still to be bought but I like the look of these or these) and definitely with black opaques when it gets cold!
