Eyebrow help

I have my eyebrows waxed once a month and I am happy with the shape.

They grow outwards though at 45 degree angle instead of flat to my face. How can I get them to stay flat?

Also I have a bit missing from an old injury. What is the best way to cover it? Pencil, powder, brow mascara?

Benefit Gimme Brow is expensive, but the best I have ever used. It gives good shape and colour and fills in sparse ones.
I have a scar on one brow and the other has gone sparse and this makes them look great and natural.

Do they trim them when they wax them? Trimming helps a lot.
Brow mascaras and waxes flatten down.

Thanks.

She trims the edges but only a few hairs.
