Hobbs fitted dresses (office)

I have to glam up a bit for work. I'm looking some fitted style Hobbs dresses and I'm wondering are the big/small fitting? Can any one help?

I find them quite generous.

I find Hobbs to be massive. I'm a very standard 12 in places like Warehouse, Topshop, River Island and have to get an 8 or 10 in Hobbs.

I am usually a 14 but just got a Hobbs dress in a 12 and it is a bit loose!
